About Andrew Johns

Based in Chandler's Ford, Hampshire Andrew Johns Design is owned and run by me Andrew Johns together with my wife Ros who is in charge of all the administration.

My background is in construction and I am qualified to carry out the design of structural elements, my qualifications include a B Sc.Hons degree in Construction and I belong to The Chartered Institute of Building.

I also have Professional Indemnity Insurance cover.

Having worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, since 2007 I have owned and run Andrew Johns Design which specialises in providing a personalised Architectural Design Service for the householder at a competitive price.

I have a practical approach to building projects and I will always look to find the most economical build methods available when working on a design.

All of the design work I undertake is done entirely by me - including any structural calculations that may be required. I offer a complete 'In House' service.

I aim to give my clients a prompt and personal service delivering practical designs for your chosen builder to work from, however, should any unforeseen problems arise during construction I am always available to give advice and provide solutions where necessary.
